Assist with interviewing, disciplinary meetings and leadership conference calls. Create labor and break schedules to leverage productivity within the needs of the department. Maintain excellent cash handling standards; follow and enforce cash handling procedures and policies. Maintain a database to manage scan percentage and productivity. Create attractive displays and track inventory for department promotional products. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments and leadership personnel.
