The Contract Funder will fund retail installment contracts and lease agreements that are accurate and complete, review contracts processed by temporary staff when necessary to ensure accuracy prior to funding, contact dealers as necessary for corrections and missing documents and provide support to dealers to ensure that contracts are funded in a timely manner while meeting SOX compliance policies.Fund retail installment contracts and lease agreements that are fully processed and contact dealers when necessary.Process substitutions of collateral, retail installment contracts and lease agreements cancellations and CSRs.Correspond with dealers to request required funding documents or necessary corrections for retail installment contracts and lease agreements that are incorrect or incomplete.Review processed retail installment contracts and lease agreements when necessary for accuracy and assist with processing issues.Timely follow-up with dealers for corrections or additional documentation for retail installment contracts and lease agreements being held for funding.Answer internal employee questions relating to funding and problem retail installment contracts and lease agreements and route customer calls to appropriate department(s).Other duties as assigned by management.
