I am responsible for entering, reviewing, and processing payroll. I also process all of the accounts payable. The biggest part of my job is communicating with customers by email. The communication is mostly about upcoming field trips and complaints about past field trips. I also process all of the invoices and work on collecting unpaid invoices.

I worked closely with the drivers at our location. I assigned extra work and vehicles. I worked with customers by email and phone. I learned to think quickly and to problem solve when drivers called in sick, buses broke down, or last minute trips were needed.

I worked with customers on deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. In the course of this job I because adept at ten key. This job also taught me how to work with customers in a professional capacity.
