In my role at Pasco County, I have been active in coordinating and leading efforts to identify, assess, and reduce vulnerabilities across our county. With a deep understanding of hazard analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation planning, I collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and subject matter experts. Together, we develop comprehensive plans and to address potential threats, such as natural disasters, infrastructure vulnerabilities, and climate change impacts.Emergency Operation Center experience includes serving as the Situation Unit Leader within Pasco County’s Emergency Operations Center and Planning Section Chief for Florida Region 4/6 All Hazards Incident Management Team. Skilled in developing and managing Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) grant applications on behalf of county, municipalities, homeowners, and community partners. Experience in overseeing awarded projects from initiation to successful completion ensuring compliance and achieving desired outcomes.
