I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who earned my degree with honors from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. I then completed a general medicine residency in Santa Barbara, California. I have received advanced training in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and intravenous (IV) therapy. I have expertise in Nature Cure modalities and natural aesthetics including Microneedling and Botox. I am passionate about working with patients who are battling symptoms of thyroid disease, autoimmune disease, hormone imbalance, PCOS, infertility, perimenopause, menopause, diabetes, acne and other skin conditions, and gastrointestinal disorders. I believe to help my patients reach their health goals, first, we must identify and treat the root cause of the patient’s concerns. Once this foundation of health is established I utilize the therapeutic process and naturopathic principles to restore the body’s structural integrity and support the healing process. I am passionate about teaching my patients how to care for themselves better, identifying obstacles they may have to overcome, and creating individualized treatments to prevent the onset of acute and chronic illnesses.Before earning my medical degree I attended the University of Oregon, where I received a BS in Human Physiology. Outside of practicing medicine, I enjoy strength training with my husband, running with my dog, trying new foods, hiking, and driving 4×4 trails.
