I make sure that email best practices are reviewed, maintained and implemented across all email campaigns.

Manage weekly email campaigns in multiple territories. In order to this, I copy-edit briefs, A/B test email campaigns, use HTML to correct email errors and use segmentation.

I solved complex customer issues and provided customer satisfaction. I did this while handling refunds and training new staff.

Identified patterns of fraudulent activity on BMO debit cards.
