I am currently the Supervisor of the Safety Specialist. Our team is primarily responsible for accident, injuries, Hazmat, and ELD compliance.

I support and supervise our Safety Specialists who intake accidents, injuries, Hazmat spills, Hours of Service calls, etc.

I moved over to Safety to be the first ELD Specialist at ODFL. I was responsible for creating ELD training, train the trainer sessions, completing the rollout, identifying defects and necessary enhancements. Once the rollout was complete, I managed all tablet RMAs, maintaining new training material, monitoring all compliance reporting (Violations, Unidentified Driving, Uncertified Logs, Adverse Conditions, etc.), and making improvements to the system.
