Project Lead
Current- Serves as the main point of contact for clients, leading the overall management of new installations from sales handover to go-live completion.
- Listens to the needs of clients and collaborates with Product Management and Development team to factor the needs into software system builds for the client.
- Implements policies and expectations for project completion and employee responsibilities.
- Responsible for scheduling all training and resources within a project.
- Develops strategies and plans for piloting software updates, tools, process improvements and team member ideas into an implementation plan.
- Evaluates other trainers’ skill levels and provides feedback to guarantee they are adequately prepared to carry out processes to clients.
