Client Service Manager
Current-Managing new client onboarding, including preparing new account paperwork, monitoring asset transfers, and following custodial best practices.- Troubleshooting access issues for client-facing account interfaces, as well as managing and escalating day-to-day questions and concerns as needed. - Collaborating with advisor and operations team members to create new and streamline existing client service processes.- Developing and designing content for client and prospect facing communications including email marketing and social media.
