• Responsible for reviewing and analyzing the component forecast every week while keeping VP of Finance abreast of any abnormalities in the forecast. • Assist the Purchasing Manager with replenishment purchasing.• Only 1 of 2 employees in the purchasing department of a multimillion-dollar CPG company.

• Keep internal open order report clean for components • Cut purchase orders, get appropriate approvals, send to suppliers and own the orders until delivery• Manage open order reports from suppliers and alert supervisor of any changes• Make sure shipments are on time and worth with suppliers and co-workers to ensure that orders are received in the system• Ensure suppliers have all details needed to provide samples and quotes within given time-frame on new projects• Manage sample requests • Provide creative/sales team with samples, pricing, and lead times as requested on new projects

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

- Manage mid-tier accounts such as A.C Moore, Camping World, and Altar’d State- Work closely with our key accounts such as Amazon, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Ulta, etc - Additional responsibilities in Accounts Receivable which includes billing, invoice matching, and communicating with company executives- Support Director of Sales with new customer setup, assisting strategic accounts with daily requests including choosing and sending samples and following up on all key initiatives- Prepare and participate in relevant market trade shows generating leads- Main contact for 120 outside sales representatives. Responsible for order entry, follow up on all open issues and liaise with operations and customer service to expedite orders

Lexington, Kentucky Area

- Responsible for inventory management of all new incoming merchandise- Execute and expedite all purchase orders for new products- Assisted with visual merchandising with included store sets unique to the brand- Floor sales responsibility which includes developing relationships to insure repeat sales - Tracking monthly costs per designer and distributed to management- Matched all purchase orders with the shipments and reported discrepancies
