Maintain administrative operations of the rental office, answer phone, type all office correspondence, keep accurate up to date files on residents, take, record and file all work orders , memos, forms in resident and maintenance files, schedule site manager’s appointments, greet all individuals visiting the rental office, schedule appointments for site tours and visits for prospective residents.Assist site manager with enforcing policies and procedures per RVA and the Department of Housing & Urban Development guidelines.Assist manager in the preparation of lease packages for move ins, inspect units for move outs, schedule vacant unit for turnoverAssist site manager with record keeping to include but not limited to rent collection, deposits, rental reports, ledger cards, etc.
