• Conduct comprehensive and technical reviews of Trust Fund reimbursement applications for the Motor Fuels Underground Storage Tank Trust Fund. • Database management, responsible for database quality assurance/quality control for reimbursement claims. This includes drafting and updating Standard Operating Procedures for the claims database and entering information into the database. Evaluate database reports and procedures to ensure accuracy of all reports generated. Also responsible for generating Trust Fund claim monthly reports, annual Legislative reports, annual owner aggregate reports, reports to the EPA, payment reconciliation reports, semi-annual budget performance indicator reports and financial services auditor fiscal year reports of Response Action Contractors.• Responsible for training new Environmental Project Specialists in the processing of reimbursement claims, answer questions regarding the claims and assist in the reimbursement process.• Write and update standard operating procedures for processing reimbursement claims.• Provide guidelines to Response Action Contractors, UST owners and operators in the course of discussion of reimbursement claims. Respond to and answer Response Action Contractor and Site Owner’s questions regarding the process and procedures of the Trust Fund reimbursement claims they submit. Also provide in office training to the Response Action Contractor personnel when requested as well as developing/writing training material and standard operating procedures for completing the reimbursement claims.
