Specialising in Property & Real Estate Accounting for over 12 years with a focus on Commercial & Retail properties.My current role is an Associate Commercial Accountant at Redpath Bruce PM Ltd in Glasgow. I joined Redpath Bruce PM Ltd in 2018 to help setup the Commercial Finance team for a new Commercial portfolio, since then we have continued to grow, gaining new clients and numerous new properties and portfolios throughout Scotland, Wales and England, along with internal team growth. My role involves everything from Banking, to Service Charge reconciliations, Insurance recharges , Arrears Reporting, overseeing my team and ensuring they have the best working environment and support to progress also, while building and maintaining strong client relationships and working closely with our software developers to develop an efficient accounting product.Prior to this I worked for Cbre for 8 years, my final position being a Senior Client Accountant and SME in Trace Property Management software.Downtime for me, is looking after my dog with walks in the woods, family catch ups, Gym and going out for good food.
