As an experienced educator with an M.Ed, my career has spanned various regions, including Ontario, Alberta, the Northwest Territories, and remote settings. In my current role as an instructional designer, I collaborate with First Nations communities across Canada to design educational resources that support both learners and educators. My work focuses on making learning culturally relevant and engaging through a trauma-informed lens. I am strong believer in learning as a lifelong process and enjoy continuing my education in disciplines that fuel my personal interests. My expertise extends beyond education, with certifications in Holistic Nutrition, Trauma-Informed and Prenatal Yoga Teacher Trainings. Driven by a passion to foster cultural and holistic wellness within educational spaces, I aim to intersect Indigenous knowledge, trauma-informed care, and holistic wellness practices to create enriching, inclusive environments.
