We work in collaboration with First Nations to help preserve language and culture, and integrate indigenous perspectives into classroom resources. Our team of teachers works alongside schools to help identify needs, and create outlines and scripts for curriculum-aligned educational resources. Content is produced in our in-house studio and made available on our award-winning platform for easy access by teachers.

Quazal is the leading provider of multiplayer middleware and services to the gaming industry. Management buy-out in 2008. Company acquired by Ubisoft in October 2010.

Investigated potential for the company to start a Financial Services outsourcing business in the USA. I spent a year conducting extensive market research, business model development, competitor analysis and market entry strategies. At the end of this period I advised the company not to seek an expansion into this industry.

• Major contributions to the EA.COM business strategy for Europe, global privacy policy and data protection policy.• Hired and kept the best creative, operational and technical people. • Co-ordinated matrix teams for a number of special projects of up to 50 people across 5 countries and composed of multiple vendors, partner companies and internal departments.• Managed the design and implementation of the company’s award winning Extranet • Oversaw the creation and running of a 200,000 user, multi-lingual CRM system.• Managed the creation and operation of an e-commerce solution in multiple languages and with multiple fulfilment points.

I took over the management of a critical but failed office automation system and turned it into a successful implementation.
