- Partner with National Sales Manager to oversee total retail network- Planning and execution of store renovations and opening- Organise and planning of stocktakes- Loss Prevention and Investigation- Involvement in internal projects involving new systems to improve in store retail experience -In 2021, was Stream Lead and SME for POS project and Time and Attendance Project. Integral to getting both systems ready for launch and getting all employees trained in time for launch. - Optimisation of systems - Building business process and procedures to support day to day operations

- Assist Head of Retail Operations with admin and communications to stores. - Temporary elevated role while Head of Retail on 5 month sabatical covering the role and responsibilties during this time.- Set store budgets on monthly basis- Drive incentives with Retail Teams which focus on key KPI benchmarks of the business- Work on continuous improvement of store Retail Operations - Creating streamlined policies and processes for Retail team- Overseeing Asia and NSW stores
