I draw heavily on my deep psychological expertise to help leaders uncover deeper insight into their impact to unlock potential both as individuals and as a collective.

My role as a Principal Consultant saw me heavily involved in the design, development and delivery of experiential learning experiences. These experiences span a number of areas across leadership such as personal leadership and understanding your purpose and impact as a leader, strategic leadership, customer leadership, change leadership and people leadership. I am able to use my passion for motivating and empowering others to be the best version of themselves, through coaching and facilitating, challenging them to be curious and think differently whilst creating a lasting and practical impact. In this role I worked with clients across a range of industries including Johnson and Johnson, Sunsuper, News Corp, Caltex, Foxtel, HCF, Disney, Suncorp and Genea to name a few.

In this role, I worked with the psych desk team to coordinate assessments for recruitment and selection purposes as well as development programs. Time is spent liaising with clients, report writing, and providing feedback to clients and candidates.

In this role, I have worked on a number of projects from recruitment to policy development, competency frameworks and academic induction. It has involved the gathering of information and analyses of a variety of processes across the University, the identification of limitations in current practice and recommendations based on best practice. I have consulted with managers and key stakeholders across the University, compiled a number of reports and presentations for clients.

In this role, I have coached staff and managers, providing support for the preparation of job applications and interviews.

I have tutored three units at Macquarie University including third year Organisational Psychology, The Psychology of Human Relationships, and fourth year Ethics. This role involved the facilitation of structured tutorials and marking.

In this role, I utilised my skills in human behaviour to observe and code behaviour in an operational context (medicine, rail and aviation).

In this role, I acted as a member of an interview team conducting multiple mini interviews with students applying for medicine. It involved the rating of applicants against specific criteria following their responses to questions related to particular scenarios.

This role involved the development of an online training package based on the development of skills in Entrepreneurial Leadership. A battery of psychometric tests was also compiled for the purposes of coaching around entrepreneurial leadership.

I have worked casually as a qualitative data analyst at Voice Project. It has involved collaboration with project leads, entering of data, the coding of qualitative data from engagement surveys and the production of data summaries for reports and presentations.

Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) is an International peer learning program run across many universities world wide. Each program and slightly unique in its structure. I spent two years as a leader of psychology, facilitating study sessions to first year students before moving into a mentor role supporting the development of leaders and their knowledge of peer learning. As a leader I developed effective plans and study resources to aid in the running of study sessions; facilitated student learning within an active peer learning environment; helped students to develop an enthusiasm for psychology and deepen their understanding of course materialAs a mentor I was actively involved in the development of the program at the University of Tasmania. I led a new team of leaders, supporting their professional development through ongoing training, observations, and feedback During my time I participated in the National PASS Forum (2010 and 2011), developing and presenting two innovative and interactive workshops – Effective and Efficient Planning for Outstanding PASS Sessions (2010) and Enhancing Peer Learning through Interdisciplinary Collaboration (2011).
