Co-owner and Finance Director of HCUK Group, an environmental group specialising in Archaeology, Heritage, Landscape, Planning and Visualisations.Overseeing the financial direction of the company, a great deal of my time is focused on the strategic development and fiscal security of the business. With fellow co-owners we have developed a multi-disciplinary environmental practice in a home working environment since day 1. This has been a learning curve and great achievement, learning how best to grow and support people in human terms and through infrastructure. Our consultants offer services that include heritage statements, managing archaeological fieldwork, landscape planning, landscape design, townscape and planning consultancy. Having worked in the heritage and environmental sector for over 20 years, my focus has always been on business, finance and administration. It has also been rewarding to learn about sites, projects, policy and the legislative framework along the way. Communication and building good relationships are important to me and something we have made central to the culture at HCUK Group.
