• Perform quarterly user permissions audits to ensure compliance with electronic access management standards• Coordinate tasks with Document Control Specialist and other System Administrators• Perform workstream tasks as support request tickets, access upkeep and Procore maintenance are received• Analyze and document custom setting for standardization across platforms• Attend regular meetings with client program managers, Procore instances users and stakeholders• Create custom company and project level reports for data mining to assist internal project management controls• Support project closeout adhering to records retention policy• Perform Procore project buildout and set-up• Create, configure, maintain, and delete user accounts.• Support other departments to maintain timely and effective workstreams
