Identify and anticipate safety and health concerns and hazards by conducting regular inspections of office, shop, and field sites. Conduct monthly Corporate Safety meetings. Develop filing system and maintain Daily pre-job, Hazard Assessments, Equipment Checks, Safe Journeys, Permits, ERP, and Pre-Accesses forms.Maintain Supervisor Training and Auditing.Build relationships and open communication between workers, management and safety department.Track, Inspect and maintain Fire Extinguisher, First Aid Kits, and Trucks.Manage distribution, cost and inventory of all required PPE. Implement develop safety incentives, processes, safety work policies, and procedures. Train management, contractors and employees on rules, regulations and safe work practices. Book courses as needed.Investigate incidents, near miss, hazards, interventions.Case management of incidents including investigation, light duty, doctors visits, reducing/eliminating lost time injuries.Develop and maintain inventory of monitors, monitor agreement and sign out system.Supervise daily tailgate meetingParticipate in Kick off meetings for new projectsCreate Emergency Response Plans for new sitesSafety Drills and Emergency PlansWork with Medics on site specific orientations, Man down drills,
