Provide timely customer service and assistance with repair orders/warranty claims, inquiries, and concerns from major customers. -Performing repair/warranty order entry, tracking, processing, expediting and invoicing to meet customer needs. -Identify margin expectations -Providing quotes, availability, schedules and delivery within established guidelines of aftermarket parts and spare parts -Ongoing communications with supplier, customers and internal colleagues- Managing DSO communications with customers and Weir Finance department-HSE admin duties (inspections, monthly statistcs, LEAN and Training)
