This included, arranging pre-production meetings, booking rooms, booking time slots in with interviewees (Opera singers and Ballet dancers), creating call sheets and risk assessments, requesting extra b-roll and photos from the creative studios department and then chaperoning the crews on filming days.- Chaperoning talent to external interviews (TV, Radio) and briefing them with interview notes.- Assisting the social media team (editing videos, creating website posts, subtitling videos, collating stats, monitoring Live Cinema events/YouTube streams) - Photography for various campaigns, headshots, social media and marketing (photos featured in 'The Times' and in the ROH programmes that are sold in the gift shop)- Production assisting on various film shoots, including for cinema trailers, social media films and live streams such as World Ballet Day- Assisting with general admin work such as creating a daily email for all staff and artists with all relevant coverage (TV, Radio, Print, Online), creating weekly round-ups for the ROH intranet page, creating cast sheets for shows, creating press ticket allocation spreadsheets etc. Show less
