As a Senior Claims Specialist, I handle major losses for cargo transportation claims, bringing nearly 7 years of experience in the cargo claims industry. My expertise lies in investigation, research, and analysis, which I leverage to optimize strategies for managing high-value and major loss claims. This focus on efficiency has consistently resulted in more efficient settlements and timely closures.After I graduated high school, I went on to Paul Mitchel, St. Louis where I received my cosmetology license in October 2009 but transitioned to my career after a few years in the industry. My professional journey also includes roles as a Personal Banker, where I developed strong customer service and financial service skills. In 2016, I enrolled in Jefferson College and earned my associate’s degree while working full-time. Balancing work and studies were challenging, but I am proud of my perseverance and accomplishment! I am eager to continue my education in the future, though I have yet to decide on a specific field. I am passionate about continuously improving processes and contributing to a dynamic team that values growth and development.
