-Greeting and welcoming patients when they arrive at the office- Make appointments for patients - Checking eligibility for patients-Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material- Taken payments from patients whether it's copays, balances or in office purchases.- Logging patient information into certain programs in the computer such as Sammy and MD Logic.- Hands on experience with office equipment such as fax machines, printers, automatic stamp machine, and shredders.- Going through voice messages-Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls

-taking food orders from the residents- serving food to the residents- bussing and cleaning tables-Doing side jobs such as cleaning the drink machines, stocking food inventory, cleaning certain stations of the kitchen, keeping the dining room clean and the bistro clean.

• During my freshman year, I started ASL work by collaborating with classmates to setup up bake sales around campus for 5 hours• During my senior year, I continued my ASL work with an non-profit organization called CCA USA by helping setup bake sales around campus • Promoted CCA USA through multiple social media platforms to raise money for animals in need• Joined the Dental Preceptorship program at St. John’s University, where I observed and assisted dentists for 4 hours • Also, during the Dental Preceptorship program, I gave emotional support to multiple patients to calm and deescalate the situation before the procedure began• Awarded Dean's List from 2016-2020 for academic excellence• Joined National Society of Leadership and Success in 2018 for academic excellence
