I am very proud of my achievements in my current role at KFH, managing around 130 properties. My portfolio covers an area in London where both tenants and landlord expectations are very high. This creates pressure and can be demanding, however I feel I have easily risen to the challenge. The role has given me a full understanding of client management, maintaining and building relationships as well as winning new business. I am also consistently a top performer within the department for cross selling and achieving commission for arranging and overseeing large refurbishments.
