• Administration and operation of the Channel Manager and Property Management System for Distribution purposes.• Updating of hotel OTA presence and websites.• Weekly competitive analysis and reporting of market analysis to management.• Continuous implementation of various content management principles and applications on OTA• Weekly benchmark the sites against other/competing hospitality/travel sites, to ensure to meet the best practice and that information is relevant and up to date. • Weekly monitoring of content material for OTA and other distribution channels for consistency and overall strategy of the group.• Act as key contact with internal and external customers when updating various sites.• Ensure daily that all sites meet internal and external performance targets• Support the operation, with administration and training to the hotels.• Implementing planned improvements based on research and user feedback• Maintain the master on all rates for all channel entities.• Creating new rates on PMS and mapping to Channel Manager• Track and report on all Revenue Management Metrics, REVPAR, ADR, etc• Keep current with emerging booking-web technologies through relevant literature, blogs, events and other sources. Implement other means to make bookings through any digital channel.
