This group provides a platform to support the markets with effective communication of new data reporting tools and offers support with any data or reporting issues.With help from the Data & Analytics team in Budapest, I produce rigorous, timely monthly global data and present it in a way for all markets and functions to easily access and simply deduce their areas of focus or concern.The role spans the full end-to-end supply chain, providing insights into the balance and relationships across all functions.So far in F20 I have changed the face of our KPI reporting, brought in greater visual management and a simpler, cheaper and more easily accessible reporting tool. This has been very well received by data experts in markets and by the functional teams.

During the second year of my graduate scheme with Diageo I was leading Cameronbridge Distillery and Leven Spirit Supply through the Manufacturing Excellence journey.I worked with 11 teams across both sites, training, coaching and mentoring the teams through the best practices.

My proudest achievement in this role was the Life Cycle Analysis (environmental footprint assessments) of some of our top brands in Diageo, now published on-line for consumer reading (see link).I engaged with our markets around the world to analyse, and report monthly, Diageo's Global Environmental Metrics.I was also very proud to see my analysis of Diageo's global 'scope 3' environmental metrics published as part of our ‘total supply chain carbon use’ in the 2016 Annual Report.
