The BR3 project was FATFACES’ largest ever financial investment and included a complete overall of the majority of the Head Office systems, including the replacement of CIMS, and the buying and merchandising planning system. The Goodwood Estate is a large estate in Sussex made famous for The Festival of Speed, Glorious Goodwood and The Goodwood Revival. The estate philosophy was that of organic, British and with a twist, which I ensured, where possible, the products I sourced were and had.My role was to manage the diverse retail offering at all of these events, which included clothing, jewellery, accessories and home wares. The estate had four onsite shops, which were open all year, and the online shop.

Managing the Petites department for the brand was a fantastic role. It involved working across all product areas, including accessories.
