Working alongside the Product Manager to assist in the production of menswear, womenswear and accessories, including ordering raw materials, negotiating cost, shipping dates and resolving quality issues. Supporting in fit sessions, taking notes and making any amendments to patterns where needed. Preparing tech packs and grading specs for all garments in the collection. Making a report of any PPS with photos and comments at sampling stage. Liaising with factories throughout the season to ensure production is running to schedule, including arranging frequent quality control trips. Maintaining and building strong relationships with factories in both the UK and Europe. Being responsible for communication to stores and shipping out orders and handling any queries post shipping.

Working in a small team to develop a commercial range of menswear, womenswear and accessories out of recycled garments and materials. Producing new season design boards and undertaking competitor research. Contacting suppliers and sourcing materials to combine with individually selected vintage pieces and dead-stock fabrics. Designing and manufacturing the range along with tracking weekly sales targets and fulfilling quantities, meeting strict weekly deadline.
