Formulate long-term and short-term R&D strategies and plans, technical management system and technical rules and standards, and be responsible for their full implementation. Lead the team to achieve R&D objectives, lead and participate in the core code compilation of the system architecture, tackle key technical problems, organize and solve major technical problems in the process of project development, and be responsible for guiding and supervising the technical department to complete daily development and testing, and standardize the development process.

Responsible for organizing the formulation of various technical standards and specifications and ensuring their implementation. Assist technical development supervisor in formulating departmental development plan and annual work plan, collect technical information, put forward suggestions for product improvement and new product development, participate in product development team, implement product design according to product development plan, and determine product technical performance standards, participate in sample production and batch trial production of product development, and participate in technical evaluation and appraisal.

Responsible for the code implementation of main functions in the project. Solve key problems and technical problems in the project.
