Attended the Academy of Culinary Arts school at Atlantic Cape Community College from 2009-2010; majoring as a Pastry Chef. Previous work experience includes two years at Hammonton Shoprite in the Bakery Department; making cakes, baked goods and packaging. Additional experience in bakery settings includes "Vanilla Fields" located in Hammonton; which has since been closed.I worked at Illiano's Restaurant where I was a server . Greet guests and make them feel comfortable. Answered questions regarding food preparation. Took orders and relayed to kitchen staff. Observed diners to respond to requests for additional service and to determine when meals were finished. Presented checks, accepted payments and delivered change to diners. I was also an assistant manager at Domino's Pizza. t Prepared sales slips and sales contracts. Also recommended, selected and helped locate and obtain product and merchandise based on customers' needs and desires. I Assisted in making weekly schedules for employees. Provided conflict resolution for employees and customers when needed. Inventoried stock and requisitioned new stock. I Bagged and packaged purchases. One of the things that i love doing the most is baking cakes and i worked at Shoprite in the bakery department. I provided information to customers by verifying and understanding the request, answering questions and offering assistance. Initiating service by recording requests and making cakes/pies/baked goods. Validated weights and pricing with a scale printer machine.
