Danielle is the "hub of the wheel" at KA! In her role as Operations Manager, she is an integral part of Team KA - she keeps the office organized, optimizes efficiency, and maintains a focused work environment. She loves being part of a dynamic, energetic and female-dominated team, and gets joy from keeping everyone organized and on-task. Danielle also plays a central role in the recruiting process –she familiarizes herself with client needs, organizes searches, sources candidates, and interfaces with both clients and candidates. In performing this part of her job, Danielle enjoys hearing people's stories, finding common ground with the people she works with on both sides of the job search. She insists that lawyers are much friendlier and less intimidating than most people make them out to be!A Bay Area native, Danielle began her career as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager in the radio broadcasting industry, where she was able to bring her passion for music into her daily life. She came to KA in 2011 after taking a brief break from business to raise her children, and loves that she has the opportunity to work with creative start-ups whose drive and ambition remind her of her time working in broadcasting. When she is off-duty as the "Team Mom" at KA, she can be found on the sidelines of soccer, baseball and softball fields cheering for her three children, or at AT&T Park cheering on her beloved SF Giants.
