• Process customized electron microscope and accessory purchase orders for the North American electronics division. Customers include: Intel, Samsung, IBM, Micron, Apple, and Google.
• Work closely with appropriate manufacturing locations (Czech Republic, The Netherlands and Hillsboro, Oregon).
• Upon receipt of Purchase Order, review and clarify all aspects of a transaction in close cooperation with sales, Agents, Account, Finance, Legal and other relevant disciplines. Ensure PO and FEI’s last Proposal match.
• Based upon customer tool specifications. I collaborate with manufacturing regarding part ordering and projected delays to ensure the order is executed according to customer timelines.
• Work across company matrix, including logistics and carrier/forwarders to guarantee appropriate packaging and timely and delivery.

Work in SAP systems, the Service Dept., operations, customer contracts, etc....I know the status of all the systems in flow. Work to keep systems moving with the technician teams while prioritizing high $$ repair and/or political repairs, work closely with the following departments to ensure that paperwork is being processed in a timely manner, Customer.

• Preparing and tracking closing checklists and transactional documentation from letter of intent through completion of closing binders.
• Participating in and attending closings; obtaining Registry of Deeds documentation; assisting with various lease documents; reviewing due diligence materials.
• Obtaining documents from various governmental agencies.
