I am responsible for placing highly skilled technical candidates within small, medium, and Fortune 500 businesses on a contract, contract to hire and permanent basis. My daily responsibilities include using established recruiting best practices while also being creative to find new IT candidates; generating candidate referrals; networking within the local IT community; conducting phone and onsite interviews; checking professional references; prepping candidates for client interviews; and negotiating compensation requirements.

•Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their needs.•Receiving training on all aspects of running a branch including sales, customer service, marketing, finance, human resources, and risk management.•Understand, communicate and sell optional protection products, rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and benefits, fuel options and additional equipment.
