I handle multiple tasks such as generating quotes, processing paid orders, verifying contract details, and updating records. I also communicate effectively with various stakeholders, such as sales representatives, account managers, and technical support teams, to ensure smooth and timely renewals. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where I can contribute to the success of the VDI team and the company.
