• Responsible for a full range of personnel and payroll actions needed to complete appointments, merit increases, promotions, transfers, separations, etc.
• Review and provide HR approval for minimum qualifications on all agency new hires.
• Provide assistance to agency personnel on routine or limited Civil Service rules, Federal and State laws, and department policies and procedures in assigned areas.
• Serve as the technical specialist for the Personnel Action System (PAR).

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of Support Coordination Services for the State’s Elderly and Disabled Adult and Adult Day Health Care Waiver Programs; ensure program compliance according to state and federal guidelines.
• Responsible for the direct supervision of eight support coordinators weekly to review indivdual cases, assessment of performance, and monitor the delivery of services.
• Monitor service event logs, billing authorizations, and required action reports weekly
• Review and approve all Comprehensive Plan of Cares prior to submission to Regional State Office and Data Management Contractor.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings, providing problem solving feedback and support to case management team.
