My main responsibilities as a professional athlete, professor, graduate student, content creator and sales agent are; presenting, selling, creating content, marketing, educating, and influencing. Aside from competition, I was to give lectures and speeches publicly and over the web pertaining to academics and the fitness industry. Typically consisted of presenting scientific information and data as well as more applicable lectures like exercises and cooking tutorials. Being a professional athlete, I have learned the magnitude of doing something you truly enjoy and believe in, as well as what a relentless work ethic and attention to detail feels like. Making a positive and progressive impact as an employee, sales agent, role mode/ influencer is a top priority. I have developed excellent public, written and verbal communication skills.
