 Assist hygiene by maintain continuing care, assuring that all patients have an appointment scheduled at all times.  Assigned task of verifying insurance, submitting claims, reprocessing claims and narrative submission. Check in patients for multi provider office (up to three doctors and three hygienists). Maintain high level of accuracy confirming patient information: up to date primary and secondary insurance, address, and confirmation preferences. Confirm appointments four days in advance, send out emails if necessary. Enter notes from referred providers, maintain flow of information to doctors. Re-enter new patient’s information upon arrival, signing HIPAA, Privacy Practices, and a Financial Policy.  EDR office. Maintain schedules, moving up appointments. Make daily bank deposits.
