As a Strategic Sourcing Procurement Manager you will be responsible for handling the company’s end to end sourcing tools, training and support of operations related to sourcing. The successful candidate will be able to appraise and improve our sourcing activities by analyzing the company’s spending, supplying partnerships and new possibilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the company’s supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending
• Oversee financials and allocation for sourcing expenses
• Generate and implement efficient sourcing management strategies and procedures
• Optimize toolset utilization and identify opportunities to increase adoption through usage analytics
• Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditures and maximize cost per candidate and placement
• Conduct value analysis for all renewal cycles to ensure positive ROI and present to leadership prior to renewals
• Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes
• Negotiate with sourcing vendors and research market trends to provide best in class tools for recruiting team
• Develop benchmarking metrics and KPIs to measure success ******
• Streamline data transfer between sourcing tools and ATS ******
Requirements and skills
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management and relevant software
• Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
• Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
• Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions
