With over 20 years specialist reward experience and a Masters in Human Resource Management, I have managed both international and domestic reward programs in a variety of industries and sectors. I have a track record for managing both the internal demands of an organisation whilst remaining cognisant of external influences, to ensure an organisation’s reward strategy promotes attractive, sustainable and competitive packages for their people. Highly numerate and analytical, my experience has also seen heavy involvement in employee engagement projects and communications strategies. I therefore bring to the role an ability to translate reward practices in a clear, simple and fair way to employees and leaders of all levels.
