With over 20 years specialist reward experience and a Masters in Human Resource Management, I have managed both international and domestic reward programs in a variety of industries and sectors. I have a track record for managing both the internal demands of an organisation whilst remaining cognisant of external influences, to ensure an organisation’s reward strategy promotes attractive, sustainable and competitive packages for their people.
