• Monitor the operations and performance of Education First recruitment offices in Venezuela, Mexico, Australia, Austria, South Korea, Poland, Sweden, and Colombia• Assist Country Program Managers in the recruitment, application and screening process of au pair candidates between 18 and 26 years old• Provide support and guidance to au pairs in regards to issues concerning visas, passports, I-94 cards, DS-2019 forms, and any Department of State procedure• Refund security deposits and process program completion forms for au pairs upon successfully finishing their year in good standing• Verify domestic and international travel arrangements, which includes booking flights, buses, and trains, for au pairs arriving to and departing from host families• Counsel au pairs and host families during escalated issues in attempt to resolve conflict and avoid transitional periods• Perform general office duties such as: sending/answering e-mails, answering phone calls regarding program requirements, placing connection calls between host families and potential au pairs, and sending/receiving faxes
