Lead the new product launch strategy along with the product managers. Direct liaison with lawyers on relevant legal developments such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, etc. Plan, execute, and update company website(s), as needed. Interface, manage and supervise Graphics department; coordinate outsourcing as required. Review all packaging for new products; work with Graphic designers on packaging, POP, catalog designs, etc. . Sr. Product ManagerResponsible for the management of product development in portable/task lighting category based on competitive analysis, research, field visits, and trend analysis. Directed and collaborated with executive team and functional areas to establish short and long term introduction and discontinuation strategies for low, value, and mid categories for all products. Responsible for establishing design and innovation as a strategic advantage and key component of the brand.
