- Coordinate day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management.- Prepare Cash flow projections.- Prepare Intercompany billings, transactions and reconciliation.- Prepare accruals.- Maintain schedules, including fixed asset and prepaid expense schedules .- Process Sales Tax.- Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports.- Coordinate and execute the month-end closing process on a timely basis.- Reconcile bank Accounts and month-end GL accounts using expertise and logic to assess ledger balances.- Prepare and analyze financial statements to identify anomalies and potential errors.- Collaborate with internal and external auditors and manage accounting staff to ensure complete cooperation and compliance.- Assist in the implementation of Oracle Netsuite.- Assist in special projects as assigned.- Respond to inquiries from the finance team leadership and company managers.
