Managing client accounts, and marketing for building services. I also have HPE Certifications in Aruba Products and Solutions, and IT Business Conversations.

I helped with the day to day function of the dental office. Checking patients in for their appointments, having them fill out new patient paper work, checking patients out who were finished, transactions, running errands for the office, doing end of the day check lists, cleaning the seating area/breakroom/bathrooms/trash & recycling. Keeping up with the marketing aspect for the office with Yoodle, Yapi, Dentrix, and Medix software solutions.

Making outbound business to business phone calls to clinics, facilities, and hospitals to update them to the current HCPCS, CPT, & ICD-10 materials needed to code & bill insurance companies. Keeping up-to-date with the current medical field knowledge and terminology to converse with doctors about the new changes and what is needing to be implemented.

I was helping dependent adults with activities of daily living and hospice work as well. I also helped independent adults with small tasks around the house, such as doing laundry, dishes and cooking.
