Account Manager
Current• Implement communications activities and provide day-to-day management of client and media relations• Staying informed regarding industry news and trends and presenting new story ideas• Creative thinking and strategy development• Creating and maintaining good media relationships• Managing client expectations and maintaining good relationships • Writing: drafting proposals and strategies, PR plans, media releases, holding statements, internal communications, client reviews and advertorial copy• Responsible for all client admin (status and action reports, month end reports, media coverage reports and briefing documents)• Managing all finance admin, billings, supplier management and keeping track of all payments• Compiling and updating media lists• Defining top tier media for clients and sourcing new media coverage opportunities• Event management: Concept development and managing process• Features/surveys: Investigating pro active feature opportunities, proposing ideas to clients and managing the advertising placement process from start to finish• Manage task delivery and goals-setting of account assistant
