Currently, as the Group Office Services Manager at Urbis, I lead the Office Services team both nationally and internationally, driving impactful changes with a focus on the future of the workplace.I am known for my ability to connect the dots, bringing together all parts of the business to ensure smooth operations. My focus on business improvement, efficiency, and budget management is complemented by my passion for knowledge sharing. I encourage my teams to communicate, share their successes, insights, and tips for continuous improvement. I’m proud to be supporting the international expansion of Urbis and the national expansion into new regions and services. I take pride in supporting Urbis’s growth and expansion particularly into new regions and services. My love for a good fit-out has led me to deliver five successful projects in Brisbane, Geelong, Parramatta, Perth, and the Gold Coast. I am dedicated to creating agile, creative spaces that support diverse working styles, foster a collaborative and connected culture, and promote healthy, inclusive, and accessible workplaces.I also lead the Climate Active Working Group, championed by our CEO, and was proud to see Urbis become a certified carbon-neutral organization in 2022. With a background as a former national swimmer and a passion for sport, I spent 12 years previously in the sports industry driving operational change and modernisation and I am a strong advocate for women in property, sport, and leadership.
