Currently managing multiple facets of the National Center for Computational Toxicology research and development laboratories including but not limited to:-FAC-COR Level II, Alternate COR on Jacob's work assignments-Purchase Card holder, procuring and managing all laboratory supplies required for three Principle Investigators, one post-doctoral researcher.

-Integral member of the biochemistry group/downstream processing, in the development, troubleshooting, and optimization of SDS-page/Western Blot, ELISA, and enzyme activity assay for the identification and characterization of biomanufactured target proteins-Maintain detailed notebook records/ bi-weekly reports and open communication between other groups.

-Assisted post-doctoral fellows in molecular biology laboratory techniques including aseptic cell culture, transfection, polymerase chain reaction, SDS-page and western blot, and gene cloning-Maintained and organized laboratory areas-Order general laboratory supplies
