I am a design professional with extensive knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling), building codes, and green building rating systems. Whether as an architectural designer or sustainability consultant, I am dedicated to sustainability of the built environment; creating and encouraging designs that turn to both new technologies and passive systems to minimize impacts on the environment and reduce CO2 emissions, while improving people’s experience in their surroundings. My problem-solving nature and character that is imaginative but grounded are suited perfectly to finding a balance between the dichotomies within architecture: form versus function, creativity versus practicality, and avant-garde designs versus strict building codes.
