DT Designs is a full service design firm, from day 1 schematic design to construction drawings to furniture procurement and installation. • Create budgets and proposals • Develop concept for project• Work with architect to develop more functional space for client• Meet and present to clients at each phase of project • Establish and maintain client relationships• Manage multiple projects at one time • Space plan • Create detailed finish drawings and furniture plans • Create color, finish, and furniture schemes• Specify finishes and furniture • Provide quality control on drawings for all designers at IDC • Conduct construction punch list • Coordinate with clients and contractors throughout entire project • Coordinate and oversee final phase installations including furniture• Problem solve on site to finish project on time and on budget• Manage junior level staff who are assisting on project • Work with a team to complete a successful project
