I have worked in the Health and Social Care sector for 20 years, with 12 of those years being spent in a management or leadership role. I have worked within various area’s, including children and young adults, both of which I have a real passion for. I enjoy the ever changing nature of my role, with regards to both the people I support and the industry itself. Continually gaining knowledge and supporting individuals and services through change is something that keeps me both focused and enthusiastic.I have worked in a variety of different sized settings and appreciate the development opportunities and challenges each bring, I have also been fortunate to have experience of both setting up a new service, as well as taking over an already established group of Supported Living services.I am always open to new development opportunities and look forward to a long career in an ever changing, exciting and rewarding sector
